​Bring It To C.I.C is a community interest company using dance, fitness, and mentorship to transform lives across Birmingham and other UK cities. Founded in 2021, we are committed to bridging systemic gaps in the creative industry by creating culturally relevant, inclusive, and empowering opportunities for young people and marginalised communities

  • 1,000+ programme participants across workshops, training, and community events

  • 100+ active members on our digital app

  • 5 cities served: Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, Leicester, and Manchester

  • 100% of Empower Her participants reported improved self-esteem and motivation

  • First theatre production delivered without funding, creating 15 paid opportunities for performers and crew

  • Commissioned by Northampton Children’s Trust & Police to deliver TikTok Crime Series

  • Lead facilitators of Birmingham Windrush Carnival Procession

  • Awarded Best Choreographers at Birmingham Creative Industry Awards

  • Creative direction, script development, and facilitation for series educating youth on county lines and gangs

  • Partnered with safeguarding teams and police units

Windrush Carnival
  • Co-led 2023 Windrush Carnival Procession

  • Brought cultural history and creative celebration to the forefront

Mental Health & Well-being Outcomes
  • Increased confidence, especially among first-time performers

  • Better body confidence among women with chronic conditions

  • Participants learned stress management through movement and expression

  • Identified unmet needs around ADHD, depression, menstrual health

Equity & Accessibility Achievements
  • At least 1 dancer receives a scholarship every 6 months

  • Taster sessions provided free to those lacking confidence or resources

  • Safe spaces offered for marginalised genders, ethnicities, and ability levels

  • Leadership team includes women of Caribbean, Asian, and African heritage

  • Launch Empower Him, a male-focused empowerment series
