BRING IT TO BRUM
By a pricing plan, you agree to a fixed 6-month subscription.
This includes a total of 6 consecutive monthly payments, all of which are due regardless of attendance, usage, or personal circumstances.
Early cancellation, refunds, or termination of the payment plan are not permitted once the subscription has been activated and the cooling-off period has passed.
Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Rights Compliance)
You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase under UK consumer law.
However, by booking and/or attending your first session within this 14-day period, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The service has begun
• You waive your right to a full refund
• Any refund issued (if applicable) will be pro-rated based on services already used
After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Bring It To, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which prevent you from attending a booked session.
However, please note:
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of a booked session
• No refunds will be issued for any subscription payments once they have been processed
• Non-attendance does not exempt or reduce your payment obligations under your subscription
In cases of extenuating circumstances, we may offer session credit at our discretion, which can be used within your active membership period.
Missed Payments & Debt Recovery
By entering this agreement, you are committing to complete all 6 payments.
If a payment fails or is missed:
• We will attempt to reprocess the payment automatically
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available
• Continued missed payments may result in suspension of your access to services
If payments remain outstanding, Bring It To C.I.C reserves the right to:
• Recover the full outstanding balance
• Refer the debt to a third-party collection agency
• Take further action where necessary to recover unpaid fees
Any additional costs incurred during the recovery process may be added to the outstanding balance.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that:
• All payments form part of a legally binding 6-month agreement
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds may be considered a breach of contract
Bring It To C.I.C reserves the right to:
• Dispute chargebacks with evidence of agreed terms and usage
• Recover the disputed amount
• Restrict access to services and future bookings, so you understand our position and look forward to serving you in the future.
Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Payment and Refunds:
1.1 All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
1.2 The membership fee is non-refundable, regardless of the frequency of use or the member's satisfaction.
2. Subscription Details:
2.1 Membership is based on a monthly subscription.
2.2 Payment will be automatically charged to the provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
2.3 Members have the responsibility to ensure that their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3.1 Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
3.2 To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the next payment is due.
3.3 Cancellations can be done through the member's account on our website or by contacting our customer support.
4. Late Cancellation:
4.1 If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the next payment is due, the member will be charged for the upcoming month, and the account will be refreshed with a new set of credits.
5. Account Responsibility:
5.1 Members are responsible for managing their accounts, including updating payment information and ensuring cancellation requests are submitted on time.
5.2 The company is not liable for any overdraft or other fees charged by the member's bank due to insufficient funds or other issues related to the payment process.
6. Changes to Terms:
6.1 The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Termination:
7.1 The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership at its discretion for any violation of these terms and conditions or any inappropriate conduct.
8. Contact Information:
8.1 Members are responsible for providing accurate contact information, and the company is not responsible for any communication issues resulting from outdated or incorrect contact details.
By proceeding with the membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
