OUR STORY, MISSION AND TEAM
About Bring It To
More Than Dance. A Movement for Confidence, Community and Change.

At Bring It To, we go beyond dance.

We are a Black female-led, community-focused organisation using dance, fitness, mentoring and wellbeing to help people build confidence, connection and self-belief.

We create safe, uplifting spaces for children, young people, women and communities to move, express themselves, grow and feel like they belong. Whether it’s through a weekly class, community workshop, mentoring session, school project or performance opportunity, our work is rooted in one clear purpose: helping people feel seen, supported and empowered.

Bring It To was co-founded by Natalie Lawrence McLean and Latoya Campbell and is now led by Natalie, a creative, performer and community leader passionate about using movement to create real change.

Built from lived experience, professional training and a deep love for community, Bring It To exists to open doors, create opportunities and make high-quality creative spaces more accessible to people who are often overlooked.
We believe movement is more than exercise. It is a tool for confidence, well-being, discipline, identity and transformation. Through our programmes, we support people to build life skills that reach far beyond the studio, from resilience and teamwork to self-expression and leadership.
