Join us for a transformative 36-week development program aimed at enriching females aged 5 - 40 from diverse backgrounds in Birmingham.
Hosted at the Midlands arts Centre, our program focuses on improving mental health and building confidence through three key areas: mental/physical health, confidence development, and life skills learning.
Our twice-weekly, one hour 30 minute sessions on Monday feature empowering activities such as dance and fitness, nutrition workshops, reading groups, and self-esteem building exercises. We also provide monthly child provision to ensure accessibility for all.
