Natalie McLean
Meet Natalie, a powerhouse in the dance industry for 15 incredible years. Her journey ignited in 2013, dazzling audiences on Sky 1's "Got To Dance" with her team, Academy of Base, reaching the semi-finals and setting her path to stardom.
From there, Natalie embraced London to fuel her dance passion, becoming the creative mind behind Aaron Carty’s Beyoncé Experience for 8 transformative years. Her artistic flair ignited unforgettable performances.
Natalie's dynamic versatility and vibrant spirit led to coveted roles, even gracing the E4 series "MAXX." Collaborating with stars like Tiwa Savage, Krept and Konan, and a lineup including Beenie Man, Lizzo, Jorja Smith, Tory Lanes and more, her influence spanned music genres worldwide.
Driven by boundless growth, Natalie ventured into Personal Training, swiftly making waves. As a signed Nike Athlete and Trainer, she reshaped the fitness landscape. Natalie's holistic approach and uniqueness define her as a fitness trailblazer.
With one foot in dance and another in fitness, Natalie continues to shatter limits, embodying creativity and perseverance. Join her journey, where dance and fitness unite, leaving an enduring mark on both worlds.

Co- Director
Latoya Campbell
Latoya Campbell is a dynamic and accomplished individual who has made a significant impact in the dance and creative industries in Birmingham. Known for her roots in street dance, Latoya first gained recognition as a dancer in a well-established street dance group, eventually branching out to offer her own workshops. As the CEO and director of the company Bring IT, she won the prestigious Creative Industry Award for Best Choreographer in 2022, alongside her business partner.
Her career began in the entertainment industry as a child actress, where she was signed to Carlton TV and appeared in various children's TV shows and advertisements. Over time, her passion for dance took center stage, and she transitioned into a professional dancer and choreographer. Latoya has worked with renowned artists such as Lady Leshurr and contributed to major events like Birmingham's Windrush Carnival. She has also performed with the Beyoncé Experience across the UK and headlined UK Blackpride in 2022. More recently, she supported the opening ceremony of the Sephora store in Birmingham Bullring in 2024.
With a strong commitment to fostering opportunities for dancers and artists, Latoya has created numerous jobs and chances for others in the industry. While she is versatile in many dance styles, her signature style is deeply rooted in street dance, offering a unique and impactful contribution to the arts.

Karina Lawrence
Karina brings a wealth of experience in delivering high-level support to senior executives, entrepreneurs, and high-profile individuals. With a strong track record of managing complex demands across both professional and personal spheres, she is known for her reliable and proactive approach in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Her ability to work with precision, assertiveness, and adaptability allows those she supports to stay focused on their strategic goals, confident that every detail is handled to the highest standard. Karina has built trusted relationships with a diverse range of clients, and her tenacity, quick learning, and results-driven mindset consistently enable her to provide support that is not only efficient but also strategic and aligned with the values and pace of Bring It To.

Head Coach
Michael Delaney
Michael is an internationally acclaimed dancer, choreographer and teacher having worked in Los Angeles, Miami, Switzerland and all across the UK where he has taught sold out workshops across the country including MOVE IT, As well as assisting choreography at the prestigious Brit School London.
Michael was also a featured dancer in the Commonwealth Games Ceremony on BBC Televised live to 1 Billion People Globally as well as being a dancer for Miami Pride in Florida.
As a mentor, Michael has coached multiple dancers that are currently working professionally through his own company rehearsals and weekly classes that are becoming increasingly popular in the City Centre.

Dance Artist
Alex Mazurek
Alex has been dancing for over 10 years starting from afro, dancehall and twerk to then trying and instantly falling in love with high heels. She's been teaching heels in Poland for over 3 years now and conducting some workshops in UK as well. She managed to produce 3 dance visuals with her team in Poland involving some UK dancers as well. During her classes expect to feel empowered and comfortable in your own skin. She puts an emphasis on technique but her main focus is on you becoming the best and most confident version of yourself while dancing as well as outside the dance studio.

Production Manager
Javani Brown
Javani is a community and events manager by day and a creative by night. Starting off as a trained actor who fell into the corporate world, Javani has always found ways to be connected to creative endeavours to keep the spark alive.
Javani has showcased variety of skills on stage, and on camera including, Gogo dancing at London venues/ clubs such as, The clapham grand, Electrowerks, and Mighty hoopla festival. Featuring in short films and campaigns for Pride and world book day. And being host/emcee for Summer and Christmas parties, wedding receptions, and even Set it off part 1.
Javani joins the team with on-stage and behind the stage knowledge, planning events at venues like KOKO, Night tales and Proud Embankment.
Javani is a whirlwind of energy and creative thinking, they believe in authenticity and really showcasing culture and personal stories through art. The tricks in Javani’s bag is endless and means they are always able to jump in and support in what evers needed. And if in doubt, twerk it out.
