Fitness + Wellbeing

Fitness Programs and Classes

Our fitness and wellbeing programmes support both physical and mental health through movement, community and accessible exercise. We create inclusive sessions that help people get active, stay connected and prioritise their wellbeing.

Funded by Sport England’s Movement Fund, this project helps reduce barriers to participation and creates opportunities for people of all abilities to move in a safe and welcoming environment.
